The gourmet food lines including, Robert Rothschild Farms, Cherith Valley Gardens, Urban Accents, and local Cannon River Kitchens and Red Wing Confectionery make cooking simple.
Here is a great recipe from the Robert Rothschild Farms collection. (tried, true, and delicious!)
Ginger Wasabi Tuna Salad
12oz Tuna (drained)
1/3 jar Robert Rothschild Ginger Wasabi Sauce
3/4 cup Celery, diced
1/2 cup Red Onion, diced
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
Combine all ingredients, mix well and chill. Serve on croissant with lettuce leaf.
A few additional tbls of Ginger Wasabi Sauce may be good on the sandwich. (The Galley Room
served it with pasta and increased the amount of mayo & Ginger Wasabi to our liking) |
